Ashley Underwood has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at Long John Silver's, LLC since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at UW Solutions from November 2021 to October 2023. Ashley also worked as the Vice President of People at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe from June 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they held the roles of Director of Human Resources at Strong Hold (2018-2020), Director of Human Resources at Superb Industrial Powder Coating (2017-2018), Vice President, People & Culture at Justice AV Solutions (2016-2017), Director of Human Resources at Justice AV Solutions (2015-2016), Director of Learning and Development at Glow Brands (2012-2015), Training and Curriculum Development Manager at Glow Brands (2007-2012), and Store Manager & Corporate Trainer at Glow Brands (2003-2007). Ashley Underwood SPHR, MSHRA has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Humanities from the University of Louisville, obtained in 2007. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Central Michigan University, completing it in 2019.
