Eric Jackson

Eric Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and industrial engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Long John Silver's, LLC since August 2019, Eric specializes in managing complex manufacturing processes with a strong emphasis on quality, food safety, and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Ford Motor Company as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on production support and cost reduction initiatives. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as Quality Leader at Bigelow Tea, where a comprehensive Quality Assurance program was managed, and as Operations Engineer at Yum Brands! - KFC.
