The Culinary Team at Long Meadow Ranch is responsible for crafting and delivering exceptional dining experiences at the Farmstead restaurant and other dining venues. Led by the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the team prepares farm-to-table dishes using organic, sustainably-sourced ingredients from the ranch.
