Andy Sackmann has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Andy began their career in 1999 as a Marketing Manager for TMA Hospitality Group. In 2000, they became a Digital Solutions/Project Director for VML. In 2005, they were a Software Program Manager for 3t Systems. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Digital Account Director for texturemedia, which was acquired by CP+B. At CP+B, they were a Senior Account Director. In 2011, they became the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Global eCommerce and Marketing for Crocs, Inc. In 2014, they were the Managing Director for MODO Group. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer/President of CMH Brands, which was later rolled into Long Play, Inc. In 2021, they transitioned to Long Play, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they oversee strategic operations and implementation planning across a portfolio of brands with responsibilities for manufacturing and cultivation facilities, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain and IP/product development.

Andy Sackmann received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of North Dakota.
