Neil MacBeath

Neil MacBeath, CPA, CA, currently serves as Supervisor of Financial Accounting at Long Run Exploration Ltd since September 2017, previously holding the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Neil was Supervisor of Financial Reporting on a contract basis at Grafton Asset Management, responsible for year-end financial statements and audit support. Neil's extensive background in accounting includes a tenure as Senior Financial Accountant at Murphy Oil, focusing on full cycle accounting for oil and gas properties, and as Controller at Merchant World Services, overseeing financial statements preparation and audit documentation. Additionally, Neil provided accounting expertise to various clients as an Accounting Contractor and gained foundational experience as a Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young. Neil holds a BComm in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary.
