LTS offers turnkey solutions to its insurance partners in the long term care insurance industry, individuals and companies of all sizes to help their employees who may be burdened with family care giving responsibilities. The Nursing and Assessment Team at Long Term Solutions is responsible for conducting comprehensive in-home and telephonic health assessments to evaluate care needs and eligibility for long-term care insurance. This team, comprised of Registered Nurses and specialized Field Assessors, ensures accurate and thorough evaluations, coordinates care plans, and provides expert guidance to individuals and their families, enabling access to necessary long-term care services.
