Sarang Brahme

Sarang Brahme has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sarang's most recent position was as a Senior Technology Advisor at Cassiar Technologies, where they focused on virtual cloud-based studio technology. Prior to that, Sarang worked at Long View Systems as a Principal Architect - Data and AI, Team Lead - Analytics and AI, and Solution Architect. They were responsible for consulting with client organizations, leading notable projects, and facilitating digital transformations. Sarang also worked at Hitachi Solutions Canada as an Analytics Architect and Sr Consultant - Analytics, where they participated in hands-on-labs, performed analytics architecture, and provided pre-sales and assessment for digital transformation. At Preception Technology, Sarang worked as a Tech Advisor, contributing to the development of a portable technology training platform. In their role as Sr Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer at lululemon athletica, Sarang was involved in BI architecture, project management, and supply chain analytics. They also gained experience as an Analyst at BuildDirect, focusing on areas such as BI, geo-analytics, and data science. Sarang pursued Applied Visual Analytics at the Vancouver Institute for Visual Analytics, and earlier in their career, they held positions at ACCO Brands, Avaya, and AutoZone, where they focused on data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and statistical modeling.

Sarang Brahme has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed a course on Quantum Computing Fundamentals at MIT xPRO, focusing on Quantum Algorithms for Cybersecurity, Chemistry, and Optimization. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2006 and 2008. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sarang also holds various certifications in different fields such as Generative AI Fundamentals, Data Science, Quantum Computing, Visual Analytics, QlikView Development and Design, Scientific Writing, and Microsoft certifications related to customer data platforms and Azure AI engineering.
