Tasha Engel

Tasha works as a Senior Vice President, People Services for Long View, where she’s been helping our over 1000 employees since 2002. She has seen our company grow from just a handful of people to what it has become today and has been instrumental in steering People Services throughout those years while developing a team of caring and people-focused, People Services professionals. She is passionate about creating an amazing environment for our people to fulfil their career and life goals and to ensure everyone has a 'no regrets' career and life.

Tasha earned her MBA from the Haskayne School of Business. She spends much of her free time advocating for young breast cancer patients through her volunteer work for Rethink Breast Cancer. In January of 2011, Tasha made the Calgary Herald's Compelling Calgarians - 20 people to watch list recognizing her as someone who was 'making their mark' on the city.

In 2012, Tasha was named one of Avenue Magazine's Top 40 under 40 which is a celebration of Calgary’s best and brightest.
