Technical Support Team Lead at Long View Systems

Vaughn Munroe has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 at BMG Columbia House as a Help Desk/Technical Services specialist until 2010. Then, in 2017, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst on a contract basis at the Ontario Real Estate Association. Since 2018, Vaughn has been employed at Long View Systems, where they initially worked as a Systems Consultant until 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Technical Support Team Lead.

Vaughn Munroe pursued their education in a number of institutions. In 2012, they attended York University, studying Information Technology Management. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they enrolled in the Computer Systems Tech Diploma program at George Brown College. In 2022, they studied Project Management at Mount Royal University. In terms of additional certifications, Vaughn obtained the ITIL 2011 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in 2016. Vaughn also achieved the Cisco CCNA certification in July 2016, the Cisco CCENT certification in June 2016, and the Network+ and A+ certifications from CompTIA in November 2015.
