Millicent Dethy is the Director of Engineering at Long Wall, a position held since 2025. Previously, Millicent gained experience as an intern at Northrop Grumman and Boeing, as well as working as a Head of Technical Programs at ABL Space Systems in 2023. Millicent earned a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Millicent also completed a high school diploma at Phillips Exeter Academy.
