Bela Kirpalani

Bela Kirpalani specializes in managing communications for corporate governance issues, complex transactions and shareholder activism campaigns. She has worked on dozens of shareholder activism situations, positioning both issuers and investors to win support from shareholders and influential proxy advisory firms. Her areas of focus include governance and financial analysis, content development and materials creation, and strategic press engagement.

Prior to joining Longacre Square Partners, Bela worked in the special situations practice at Profile Advisors and in the financial communications practice at Edelman. She previously spent two years as a freelance sports reporter covering the WNBA and NBA. Bela holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Journalism from New York University.
