James Polese

James Polese has worked in the software development and customer service industries since 2007. Their first role was as an Intern - Functionality Programmer at EDI Gateway in 2008. James then moved to VMC in 2007, where they were a Quality Assurance - Software Tester. In 2010, they began working for Phocus Solutions for VDN cable as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative. In 2011, they worked for the Government of Canada as an Enumerator and Quality Assurance agent. Finally, they have been with Longbow Advantage since 2012, working their way up from Software Analyst to Director of Product Development.

James Polese completed a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales (DEC) in Computer Science from Dawson College in 2008. James then attended Concordia University from 2008 to 2011 and graduated with a BCompSc in Computer Science option Information Systems.
