Erika Pulido, PMP, is a skilled project management professional with extensive experience in policy implementation and resource coordination. Currently serving as a PM Policy and Systems Analyst Support at Longenecker & Associates since October 2020, Erika has developed and managed project management policies in compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Prior experience includes significant roles at FRALOCK, where Erika held positions as Program Manager and Project Manager, effectively overseeing project execution and financial optimization. Erika began a professional journey as an Engineering Administrative Assistant, providing technical support in various engineering projects, followed by a role as Sr. Office Administrator at new life in Erika's presence/Elevate Church, managing office budgets and accounts payable operations. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Cuesta College.
