Jason Hatfield

Jason Hatfield has a wide range of work experience in various companies. Jason started their career at CosmoLab as a Quality Engineer/Production Scheduler in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Afterwards, they joined B&W Y-12 LLC as a System Engineer/Shift Technical Advisor from 2002 to 2004. Jason then moved on to become an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2010, and finally held the position of Director of Emergency Services from 2010 to 2014. Jason then joined CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC as the Chief of Staff from 2014 to 2015, and later became a Project Manager from 2016 to 2016. Jason then worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Manager of Startup and Operations from 2016 to 2022. Jason's most recent role is at Bechtel National Inc, where they are currently the Mission Assurance Manager at WTP, since August 2021. Jason is currently employed as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Longenecker & Associates, Inc, starting from June 2023.

Jason Hatfield obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2000. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business at Middle Tennessee State University from 2001 to 2003.
