Jay Rhoderick has extensive experience in project management and program management. Jay served as Vice President at Longenecker & Associates, where they conducted project management and program management reviews, provided project management tools and technical assistance, and served as the Working Group Coordinator for the EFCOG Working Groups. Prior to that, Jay worked at the Department of Energy, Environmental Management, where they held the roles of Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tank Waste and Nuclear Materials and Office Director for Strategic Planning and Analysis. In these positions, they managed a multi-billion dollar project and program portfolio for the storage, stabilization, and treatment of highly radioactive tank waste and provided oversight for numerous treatment and storage projects. Jay also has experience at the U.S. Department of Energy, where they served as Director of the Office of Project Oversight, overseeing project management and conducting assessments for major construction and cleanup projects within the Environmental Management program.

Jay Rhoderick attended James Madison University from 1974 to 1978. Jay then went on to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology-Sloan School of Management from 2010 to 2011.
