Jen Dumas

Jen Dumas currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Longeveron Inc since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jen held various positions at Pharmavite from April 2023 to May 2025, including Senior Director of HR Operations, Strategy, and HR Business Partner, as well as Director of HR Operations and Strategy. At Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Jen progressed from Senior Manager to Senior Director of Human Resources over a period from January 2015 to December 2022. Jen’s earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Conexant and Prestone Products Corporation, and holding roles at Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, including HR Operations and Recruiting Specialist and Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Jen Dumas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Athens State University.
