Matt Lerner

Matt Lerner is a seasoned Project Executive at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, with a strong background in design and construction management. Since June 2021, Matt has held various project management roles, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions at Suffolk Construction from June 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Project Manager, Assistant Preconstruction Manager, and Project Engineer, with notable contributions to projects such as the $100 million residential tower, "The Eddy," and the commercial development "Waterside Place Phase 1B." Earlier experience includes an internship at Suffolk Construction, assisting on the $100 million residential development "Continuum." Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Lafayette College and completed high school at Thayer Academy.
