Shawn Moreno

Shawn Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawn started their career at Scripps Health in 2009 as a Tech 4, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined CBRE as an Engineer and held this position until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Shawn served as the Chief Engineer at Sterling Bay Property Management. Currently, they are working as the Portfolio Chief Engineer at Longfellow Real Estate Partners starting from 2023.

Shawn Moreno attended Palomar College from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a field of study in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. Shawn did not obtain a degree during this period. Additionally, they obtained the Universal EPA Certification from the ESCO Institute in December 1993.
