Kristine Suffoletta

Kristine Suffoletta is an experienced restaurant and bar manager with a comprehensive background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse since August 2018, Kristine also plays a pivotal role as a Senior Manager at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house schedules, managing smallwares inventory, and developing a training program for staff. Previously, Kristine was a Service Manager at Bahama Breeze from October 2007 to September 2016, focusing on team building and improving departmental turnover. Kristine’s extensive experience encompasses various positions in establishments such as Louie Louie Italian Bistro, Bucca Di Beppo, Ballyhoo Raw Bar and Grill, and Gators on the Pass. Education was pursued at Herkimer County Community College between 1988 and 1989.
