Monika Saxena

Monika Saxena has extensive experience in brand marketing, holding various leadership positions. Monika currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Brand Marketing at Longhorn Steakhouse since July 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Brand Marketing at Bahama Breeze from July 2017 to June 2018. Monika also held multiple roles at Longhorn Steakhouse, including Vice President of Brand Marketing from August 2015 to June 2017, and Senior Director of Brand Marketing from December 2014 to July 2015. Before joining Longhorn Steakhouse, Monika worked at Darden where they served as Director of Brand Marketing from July 2013 to November 2014, and as Brand Manager from February 2010 to July 2013. Monika began their career at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Marketing Manager from August 2005 to December 2009.

From 2003 to 2005, Monika Saxena pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
