Adam Zadikoff

Adam Zadikoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with a diverse background in product management and operations within the cryptocurrency and software sectors. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at LongJump and Co-Founder of 3Z Ventures LLC, Adam has previously held key roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Decent Labs, Senior Product Manager at Coinbase, and Chief Operating Officer and VP of Engineering at BRD. Adam's career also includes significant contributions at Pinkaloo Technologies as an investor, and at CoPilot as Head of Product Management, where Adam focused on aligning user feedback with product development. Adam's foundational experience began at Microsoft (Yammer), where innovative features were launched across multiple platforms. Adam holds a BA in Communications and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington.
