Jason Komosa

Jason Komosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, advising, and mentoring across various industries. As the founder of Komosa Coaching since October 2019, Jason has also served as an advisor and mental coach for multiple organizations, including Open Forge AI and Backtrack since 2024. As a mentor to the CEO at Flora and an executive performance coach at Arootah, Jason emphasizes optimizing performance and potential. Jason has been involved with Techstars as a mentor and is a limited partner at LongJump, a fund supporting high-potential founders. Additionally, as a member of Chicago Early Growth Ventures, Jason focuses on early-stage startups in Chicago.
