Tony Coglianese

Tony Coglianese is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE since October 2017, specializing in complex office lease transactions. Prior to this role, Tony held multiple positions within CBRE focused on tenant representation, achieving the distinction of 2018 Rookie of the Year. In addition to real estate, Tony is a Limited Partner at several venture funds, including Decasonic and LongJump, which support underrepresented founders, and is an active seed investor in companies like Fyllo and MediaKits. Tony's earlier experience encompasses business development roles at CEB and account management at EatStreet, alongside consulting projects with the San Diego Padres and San Diego University Athletic Department.
