The Nursing Team at Longleaf Hospice provides compassionate and expert medical care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring their comfort and dignity in their final days. This team includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers, Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners, and Clinical Managers, all of whom work together to manage pain and symptoms, coordinate care plans, and offer emotional support to both patients and their families. They are committed to rapid response times and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
