Teresa Soda

Teresa Soda is a Total Rewards Specialist at Longo's since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Prior to this role, Teresa served as Benefits Manager at VetStrategy from April 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team and overseeing a complex benefits plan with numerous carriers and classes. Teresa also managed significant change initiatives related to newly acquired hospital benefit plans. Earlier experience at WIS International as a Human Resources Generalist encompassed full-cycle recruitment, disability claims management, health and safety compliance, and immigration facilitation. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from York University.
