Kathy Mulkern

Kathy M. Mulkern is a Director at Longpoint Realty Partners, primarily focused on operations for Longpoint’s investments in the Southeastern United States.

Ms. Mulkern worked between 2009 and 2019 as a Regional Director at Sansone Group, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate including retail shopping centers, industrial and office building management and leasing. Ms. Mulkern gained extensive knowledge in the day-to-day operations of property management, including the preparation of annual operating budgets and strategic business plans as well as the coordination and supervision of tenant and capital improvement projects, management, and leasing staff.

Prior to joining Sansone Group, Ms. Mulkern held the position of Vice President- Asset Management with ORIX Real Estate Capital, Inc. based out of Chicago. Ms. Mulkern directed the management, leasing and strategic planning of a 3 million square foot portfolio across the United States including high profile entertainment/lifestyle properties and grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Ms. Mulkern earned her BS in Marketing from Framingham State University.
