Michael Corso

Michael Corso is a Director for Longpoint Realty Partners focused on real estate operations, management and acquisitions for the Washington D.C. and Baltimore markets.

Mr. Corso has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Longpoint, he was a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for overseeing business development and operations for the firm’s industrial asset services business in the Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania and South Jersey markets. Mr. Corso was a member of the National Industrial Leadership Team and selected into Cushman & Wakefield’s Emerging Leadership Group. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he represented several institutional clients, overseeing the management of over 25 million square feet of industrial product.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Corso was a Senior Vice President and Industrial Property Management Lead for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Jones Lang LaSalle. He was a member of JLL’s National Industrial Property Management Leadership Team and was the client relationship manager for several national accounts. During his time at JLL, Michael oversaw the management of over 30 million square feet of industrial product. He began his career with Colliers International- Baltimore, which later sold to Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr. Corso earned his MBA from The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and BA from Rollins College. He is involved in several charitable organizations in the region and is a Board Member of BOMA Baltimore. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland.
