Odalmis C. Gonzalez

Odalmis C. Gonzalez joined the Longpoint Property Group accounting team in 2018. She is a commercial real estate professional with five years’ experience in day-to-day operations related to all areas of commercial real estate accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ms. Gonzalez previously spent almost five years with Colliers International South Florida as a member of Real Estate Management Services for properties within the State of Florida. She handled the accounts receivable for almost 7,000,000 square feet consisting of over 850 tenants. Prior to commercial real estate, Ms. Gonzalez worked 21 years for a sheet metal fabricator, providing services to clients such as Motorola, Mako Marine, and Johnson & Johnson. She was responsible for the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll for 150 employees.
