Chloe Rossen has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Chloe joined Longroad Energy in 2019 as a Transaction Counsel, and later on, they were promoted to the position of Senior Counsel in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mayer Brown as an Associate from October 2014 to April 2019. In 2014, they gained experience as a Law Clerk at the Pre-Trial Representation and Corrections Policy Clinic, Bluhm Legal Clinic. Chloe also had a summer associate position at Mayer Brown in 2013. Earlier in their career, Chloe worked as a Law Clerk at the Federal Trade Commission in 2012. Additionally, they served as the Program Manager at Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston from September 2009 to May 2011 and previously held a role as Resident in Social Enterprise at Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston within the New Sector Alliance from September 2008 to August 2009.
Chloe Rossen earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Tufts University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Economics. Chloe also spent a brief period in 2007 studying History at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
