Samantha Ormsby

Samantha Ormsby serves as the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at Longwood Collective since April 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Director of Communications at the Office of the State Auditor Suzanne M. Bump for one year. Samantha has extensive experience in communications within governmental offices, having served as Deputy Chief Communications Officer and Press Secretary in the Office of Mayor Martin J. Walsh, as well as working in various capacities in the City of Boston and at the Office of Governor Deval L. Patrick. Samantha's career also includes roles in political campaigns and strategic communications. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Communications, and Political Science from Northeastern University, Samantha brings a strong educational background to the field.
