Charli Klein

Charli Klein is a Professional Horticulture Student at Longwood Gardens, having been selected as one of 10 participants in a competitive two-year program since August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Horticulturist at Mt. Cuba Center, where responsibilities spanned various garden sections, and as a Horticulturist at Hagley Museum and Library, focusing on landscape maintenance. Charli has also contributed to academic environments as a Teaching Assistant and Grader at the University of Pennsylvania, while engaging in extensive research projects in geosciences and environmental chemistry. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Resource Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Wellesley College.
