Belinda Holdsworth

Belinda Holdsworth is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director and Strategic Growth Project Lead at Lonza since April 2022. In this role, Belinda oversees a $780M large-scale commercial fill-finish facility project, strategically directing various functions such as construction, operations, and quality. Prior experience includes significant roles at Roche, where Belinda advanced from Director of Global Operations Strategy to Site Manager for External Manufacturing Biologics Drug Product, and Novartis as QA Compliance Manager. Belinda has also accumulated over eleven years at Jacobs Engineering as a CQV Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on process design and validation engineering across global projects. Educational qualifications include a Doctor's Degree and an MBA from IE Business School, as well as a BEng in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
