Caitlin Sweeney

Caitlin Sweeney possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Associate Director at Lonza since June 2006. Sweeney has held various leadership roles at Lonza, including Head of Training, Project Manager, Associate Director of QA Operations, and Validation Manager. Prior to Lonza, Sweeney worked as a Pharmaceutical Chemist at Eli Lilly and Company from November 2005 to June 2006 and gained foundational experience as a Validation Specialist at Lonza from October 2001 to September 2005. Sweeney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University.
