Caroline Spencer has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support within the biotechnology industry, currently serving as the QA Customer Support Manager at Lonza since August 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing customer projects and supporting site leadership to ensure optimal outcomes during the manufacturing process. Caroline has also managed GMP training activities and held several roles in quality assurance, including QA Training and Electronic Systems Manager, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Quality Assurance Document Author. Prior experience includes positions as a Production Scheduler, Engineering Support Group Lead, and Mammalian Cell Culture Scientist at Lonza, as well as a Microbiologist at Sara Lee H&BC. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology and Microbial Biochemistry from the University of West London.
