Ciandra Barber

Ciandra Barber currently serves as the Head of Learning at Lonza, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Ciandra held various roles at Genentech from September 2013 to October 2024, including Head of Learning, Senior Supervisor of Training Administration & Logistics, Supervisor of Training Administration & Logistics, and Strategic Learning Partner. From June 2018 to May 2022, Ciandra worked at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Manager of Leadership Development and Senior Manager and Manager of GMP Training. Ciandra’s earlier experience includes a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Comcast from March 2004 to April 2006. Ciandra holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management and is currently completing a Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
