Csilla Pandi

Csilla Pandi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Workforce Administration and Organization Management at Lonza since July 2022, Csilla has previously held significant roles including Global Head of People Analytics at Trax Retail and Senior Manager for Europe Payroll and International HR Operations at Acelity. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Roche, focusing on HR operations, and an operations management role at Genpact Hungary. Csilla holds a BA in Economics from Budapesti Gazdasági Főiskola and a BA in German from Szegedi Tudományegyetem.
