Karen Disanto

Karen Disanto is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Lead - Head of Americas and Marketing at Lonza since April 2021, Karen is responsible for HR teams across five countries, focusing on innovative solutions with proven positive ROI. Prior positions include Human Resources Lead at Nice-Pak International from January 2018 to March 2021, and Associate Vice President, Human Resources at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where Karen led the HR function for the US entity of a Swiss specialty pharmaceutical company from November 2007 to November 2017. Additional experience includes roles at BD Medical and Kumon North America, where Karen developed and executed HR strategies for North America. Karen holds a Master of Science degree with honors in Human Resources Development from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Business Management from Dominican University New York.
