Karen Wolfrom

Karen Wolfrom is an experienced regulatory affairs professional with a strong background in the biotechnology and vaccine sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Lonza, Wolfrom has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Regulatory Affairs for Cell and Gene Technologies. Prior experience includes positions at DynPort Vaccine Company LLC, where Karen progressed from Project Manager to Director of Regulatory Affairs, overseeing technical development for various vaccines. Additionally, Wolfrom has worked as a Biologics Development Manager at AVANT Immunotherapeutics and as a Research Associate at Virus Research Institute. Wolfrom holds a Master’s degree in Animal Science/Microbiology and a teaching certification from the University of Rhode Island.
