Kasia Glanowska

Kasia Glanowska, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of Global Strategy & Innovation and Associate Director of R&D External Innovation at Lonza, starting January 2024. Previously, from May 2021 to January 2024, Kasia held the role of Senior Venture Analyst at the Michigan Biomedical Venture Fund, where responsibilities included managing deal flow, conducting due diligence, and facilitating investment advisory board meetings. Prior experience includes working as a Marketing Analyst at the U-M Office of Technology Transfer, several roles at the University of Michigan focusing on neurological disorders research, and contributions as a volunteer market researcher and consultant. Kasia earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Virginia and completed postdoctoral studies at the University of Michigan Medical School.
