Katie Higgins

Katie Higgins has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles at Lonza from July 2017 to February 2025, including VP Head of Talent and Organizational Development and Global Human Resources Business Partner. In these positions, Katie partnered with senior management to enhance business performance through strategic people initiatives. Prior to Lonza, Katie worked at Vodafone from September 1999 to November 2011, where roles included HR Business Partner, focusing on organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching, as well as Employee Relations Consultant and Resourcing Consultant, contributing to the establishment of employee relations expertise and delivering innovative resourcing services.
