Mike Spegele

Mike Spegele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process engineering and management within the biotechnology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as an MSAT Process Engineer at Lonza since January 2021, Mike has demonstrated leadership skills as General Manager at INVO Enterprises, Inc. since July 2009, overseeing a team of over 50 employees and enhancing annual revenues through strategic collaborations. Prior roles include various engineering and project management positions at Ology Bioservices, Inc., where Mike contributed to critical projects, including the development of COVID-19 monoclonal antibodies. Mike's diverse background is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Engineering from Penn State University, and a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Louisville.
