Pauline Raspail

Pauline Raspail is an accomplished chemical engineer with extensive experience in program management, quality assurance, and R&D across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Program Management at Lonza, Pauline oversees the first tech transfer of 20kL mammalian production for the BioAtrium Joint Venture with Sanofi. Previously, roles included Program Manager for Drug Substances and Project Manager for Custom Synthesis at Siegfried Holding AG, as well as Quality Assurance Manager at both Siegfried and BASF. Pauline's early career involved scientific collaboration at EPFL on green chemistry projects and innovations in microreactor technology and heterogeneous catalysis, alongside academic roles as a teaching assistant. With a solid educational background, including degrees in chemical and biochemical engineering from EPFL and Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Genève, Pauline also contributes to youth sports as a certified climbing instructor.
