Prabhjot Singh Khanna

Prabhjot Singh Khanna is a Senior Scientist in Upstream Pilot Operations at Lonza since January 2023, following a role as a Laboratory Operations Quality Technician at Oxford Immunotec. Prior experience includes founding MicroFoods Pvt. Ltd., where funding of INR 3 million was secured for gluten-free flour production through the SEED scheme from BIRAC-FITT, IIT Delhi. Prabhjot also served as a Microbiologist at Gillco Agro Private Limited, focusing on contamination monitoring in compliance with FSSAI guidelines, and held the position of Quality Assurance Technologist/Process Engineer at Rana Sugars Ltd., managing fermentation and distillation processes. Prabhjot earned a Master's degree in Microbiology from Punjab Agricultural University between 2013 and 2016.
