Sarah Ward

Sarah Ward has extensive experience in project management and business transformation within the life sciences and food industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of Growth Projects for Microbial at Lonza since January 2021, Sarah has held various leadership roles at the company, including Director of Strategic Growth and Associate Director of Business Transformation. Prior to Lonza, Sarah was Head of Project Management at Iglo Group Limited, overseeing a team of 10 project managers and managing key European innovation initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Birds Eye Foods and Unilever, where Sarah gained expertise in packaging development, SKU portfolio management, and product development. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath.
