Sina Gayot

Sina Gayot is an experienced professional in the field of total rewards and wellbeing, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards EMEA & Wellbeing at Lonza since November 2018. Prior roles at Lonza include Total Rewards Senior Manager and Total Rewards Partner for the EMEA region. Previously, Sina worked at Syngenta from February 2011 to October 2018, holding various titles including Expert Global Benefits and Global Compensation Specialist. Sina's career began at Novartis as a Training Event Planner and included a position as HR Manager at Fairmont-Raffles-Swissotel. Sina holds a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification and a Certificate in Personal Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, as well as a degree from the University of West London.
