Sonja Cline

Sonja Cline has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Execution & Learning Center of Excellence Lead at Lonza since November 2001. Throughout a career spanning over two decades within the company, Sonja has held several leadership roles, including Global Lead Inventory, Director of Supply Chain for Biosciences, and Senior Director for Operations and Support Operations. Sonja's expertise includes optimizing inventory management practices, overseeing manufacturing and quality control teams, and leading significant operational strategies across multiple production sites. Additionally, Sonja has contributed to the implementation of SAP at Lonza and has certifications in Lean Six Sigma and APICS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Hood College and a BS in Biology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
