William holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of South Florida (2015-2017), a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology and Management from North Carolina State University (2012-2014), and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the College of The Albemarle (2009-2010).
