Amber Scarlett Simpson

Amber Scarlett Simpson has a diverse background in recruitment, training, and education. Currently serving as Recruitment, Training and Talent Manager at Look Ahead Care and Support since September 2019, Amber has progressed through various roles including Recruitment and Onboarding Manager and HR Officer. Prior to this, Amber was a Charityworks Graduate Trainee and worked as a Forest School Leader, teaching children environmental skills. Additional experience includes providing academic support as a Personal Progress Tutor at Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College and serving as an English Language Assistant with the British Council in Belgium and France. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and English from the University of Leeds.
