Mike Bansback

Mike Bansback has extensive experience in practice development, safeguarding, and quality within the care and support sector. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Development, Safeguarding and Quality at Look Ahead Care and Support since February 2008, Mike has successfully implemented comprehensive safeguarding strategies and a Quality Management System across multiple services. Previous roles include Senior Quality Manager and Young People Services Manager, where Mike managed significant projects and teams dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations. Prior to Look Ahead, Mike held positions at Centrepoint as Deputy Service Manager and Support Worker, and at Careforce as a Field Officer. Mike holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management in Homelessness from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of York.
