Kayla Floyd

Kayla Floyd has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kayla started their career at Departure Media as a Sales Intern in 2014, where they researched prospective customers and created samples of advertisements. In 2015, they worked as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A Franchise, promoting events and delivering exceptional customer service. From 2016 to 2019, Kayla served as a Marketing Representative/ Campus Brand Ambassador for Insomnia Cookies, enhancing the brand's presence on UGA's campus through coordination of events and distribution of marketing materials. In 2016, they also worked as a Marketing Associate at Setup (formerly AgencySparks), managing paid LinkedIn campaigns and crafting lead generation strategies. From 2017 to 2022, Kayla held various positions at Look Listen, including Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Senior Client Success Manager, Associate Director of Client Success, and Director of Client Success. In these roles, they managed client communication and budgets, ensured on-time project delivery, and identified new business opportunities. Kayla Floyd attended Lambert High School from an unspecified starting year to 2012.
